Startup done differently

Joining on the ground floor as an early member of a well-funded, highly ambitious startup is a rare chance. We also think that our ways of working, unique mission and values-driven culture makes for a different environment than your traditional startup.

As a prior founder, I’ve experienced both success and (a lot of!) failure. The lessons learned help us sidestep common issues that can plague startups. While I'm constantly learning and believe that building our culture is a team effort, it gives us a head start.

We’ve raised a multi-million dollar pre-seed round from the best in the industry, including Blackbird, OIF, SSV and early employees at Canva and THE ICONIC, giving us runway for many years.

We index high on equity as part of your compensation, offering ~3x what we see on average in the Australian startup landscape. It’s important to us that everyone are well off if we succeed.

Great salary

Whilst we index high on equity and seek people who prefer this, we also want to ensure that your salary allows you to live without stress. We benchmark to ensure our pay is competitive.

Help people make better decisions

The best - maybe the only? - real, direct measure of “innovation” is change in human behaviour. We hope to change the world’s relationship with numbers.

We want to turn it from a scary foe to a helpful companion, allowing people to make better numbers-informed decisions more often. We think this is going to be really powerful.

We’re not going to launch rockets into space, find a cure for cancer, solve affordable housing or reverse climate change. But if we try hard, we might build a helpful tool for those that do and be a multiplier of their success.
